A lot of hard went into all that baking❤ God bless you for that wonderful act of kindness, so many people got a blessing from all your bread, cookies, and muffins! I am sure God looked at you with a smile and said well done daughter 🎉😊 that was inspirational to watch!
Praise Yah!!! That kitchen is amazing. You’re amazing and so honored to be proud of this group… Also donate to Grindstone Ministries for NC boots on the ground help! Everyone is doing their part…
You made me cry!! What an angel you are. I went thru Katrina in Slidell, LA close to where it came ashore. Seeing all this has brought flashbacks like crazy. When you have no access to fresh food, this is like manna from heaven. What a blessing to these people to know that others care.❤
God bless this woman. That's a lot of work. I bought the same mill after I saw yours. I created a way to cap the mill base and canister separately, still working on a cover for the filter.
Amazing to watch you go! You have a truly kind and giving heart. May God continue to bless you on your journey. Chuckled over your kids locking the keys in the car. What parent doesn’t have a story like that? My oldest lost the keys in the lake. Hard to believe but a lifeguard found them for me with a metal detector.
Mucho Kudos and congratulations on your feat. What a beautiful expression of Love Thy Neighbor. Would you mind sharing the flyer you included? I'd love to include it when I gift loaves! In the meanwhile, be blessed.
Now I need to start baking GF breads too!!! For my celiac kid. And others. I bake both and thanks to you for your teaching series!!! So valuable… Beyond joyful for this blessing!!!! You were able to give.
I pray the Holy Spirit will work on the hearts of those that are burdened with fear and anxiety; and through y’all’s generosity and the scripture your husband noted in the flyer, they will reach out to our Heavenly Father. You all were truly the feet and hands of Jesus, first filling the people’s stomach, then their souls with Jesus love by your presence. I can’t get over that large kitchen 🫣👀 wow!!! And then all the baking y’all did… I can’t wrap my mind around it. Blessings to all of y’all for reaching out to help others.
Regarding the buttermilk, I have memories of baking with my gran when I was little. She taught me to make bread and rolls among many other things. She’d be 117 now! She would giggle and say your mama needs to go to the store. 😊 If she couldn’t find vinegar, she’d reach for cream of tartar to make the buttermilk substitution. And I think, now it’s been 40 years, but I think if we didn’t have any she’d reach for baking powder because you make baking powder by mixing cream of tartar and baking soda. I bet you had some baking powder there that day. I’d be curious to see if that would work. I hope I’m not making that up. 😊 Memories are funny that way.
Yes I’ve just never seen them constantly have little flames like that. I guess because this is a commercial oven it’s different than ones we have at home?
Ok yeah we tried that but it just blew hot air in. No idea what was going on so we turned them off ha may have been user error, we didn’t have time to experiment!
And that's with my recipe? Sorry you're having difficulty. I wish I could answer every question on here!! Are you in our exclusive membership group, The Grainie Bunch? Wow, interesting!
Those little flames are pilot lights so you can just turn burners on no match
Pilot light gas stove so the burners light up when you turn it on.
Yes I’ve just never seen them constantly have little flames like that. I guess because this is a commercial oven it’s different than ones we have at home?
I always froze my blue berries so I could make muffins and waffles all winter.
Yes!! I do this with the strawberries we pick in late winter😀
I hope you were able to turn the hood fans on to help ventilate!
Ok yeah we tried that but it just blew hot air in. No idea what was going on so we turned them off ha may have been user error, we didn’t have time to experiment!
💕💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏
I am kneading now for 20 min and still not coming together. I have added 2 cups more of flour any suggestions?
