- We got to catch up with 5 Seconds of Summer earlier this year at the Billboard Music Awards, and now they're in town, so we sat down backstage with them...and they talked what A-Listers they'd want to date (and if they'd want to date a C-list false blonde radio host), made up dating profiles for each other, what they learned from One Direction, and then they turned the tables and interviewed US! SAME HERE !! I'm 19 and I agree.. like okay anyone can enjoy the music and all, which is fine :) but I think they want to be and are kinda geared more to our age group.. I feel like they get the boyband label bc of it which is stupid..

omg i remember that with niall!!! And she actually was flirty texting him and told everyone on the radio what their texts were (because she has a boyfriend and was just using him for radio purposes) and then the next time she saw him he just asked her not to say their texting business and so she didnt.
ohmygosh I know!!! I was like, It's the "air hostess" who was making eyes at Niall!

I had to watch 13:20 5 times; watching Luke's reaction, then Calum's, then Michael's, then Ashton's and finally altogether. Observing their body language, they were so uncomfortable because they all suddenly started fidgeting (I know they do that anyway but it was more than usual this time) and turning away. That comment was inappropriate and unnecessary. The host in the middle acted childish throughout the whole video. I mean he practically threw the woman at the boys and I felt so bad for her because she was just trying to act professional. I liked the interviewer on the end though; he was chill.
Michael has so much hair in this :'D I was starting to think he was gonna go bald as well.

This interview was pretty gross. It's painful watching a bunch of supposed 'professional' radio hosts throwing their colleague under the bus the entire time and trying to play it off as funny. SHE wasn't making it uncomfortable like some of you in the comments are suggesting; her COLLEAGUES were by repeatedly singling her out from the rest of the group and basically picking on her and leaving her to fend for herself so that she had to pick herself back up and try to put her image back together alone each time. It's impossible to build rapport in a situation like that, she was being as graceful as possible considering the circumstances but the two men's behaviour made this whole interview gross and unprofessional. 5sos were lovely and laid back, but those radio hosts need to sit down and get their shit together, starting with issues of sexism probably.

in terms of popularity though like Ashton was saying it makes a lot more sense for them to look to One Direction for guidance rather than All Time Low bc 5sos has a lot more media attention then atl ever did and 1D has a lot more experience with dealing with it.
