Hmmmm, thats a good question. I do definitely think some skins are underpriced, a lot of the red items from discontinued cases have been dropping non-stop. I think it's not a bad idea but at the same time what you are really betting against is Valve adding content to attract more players with demand for lower end skins. Existing players already have what they want or are not buying lower end skins anyway.
