We don’t have any personal experience fishing in this kayak, but the cockpit is very spacious and it’s pretty stable on the water. I do believe we’ve seen other people fish in an Oru!
We tested the kayak on pretty calm waters, but depending on how choppy we’re talking, and the body of water, you may want to consider the Bay ST or Coast XT models.

Is it stable enough to stand up in, specifically for entering or exiting a yacht as a tender?
Nope. Wouldn’t try it.
