I have had Audis 4, 6, and 8 all along. My service bills have been largely in the range of 30 to 50 thousand at the most. This is not an average service bill, some parts might have been changed . If you buy a new Audi car, I can guarantee that your service bill will not exceed 50 thousand rupees per annum for at least 5 years. I usually sell my cars after that and so I have never seen such a huge bill myself, ever. This video is bullcrap!

4% cost of car for a 5-10-year-old German car's major service is pretty much normal if you get it done in authorized service center. Can save on labor and part cost if you are a DIY guy or if you know a knowledgeable independent mechanic. Most owner of older premium German cars take that path.

Basic service is just oil change and oil filter change and air filter replacement/cleaning. That’s it. Rest it is all add on services. If there are other required jobs in quote then you cannot say a basic service costs 1.5 lakhs.
