I'd say Kairi was too impulsive that time while his teammates are hesitant. He wasn't able to wait for his teammates to get into position and his teammates are hesitating if they should risk it. That's why it's team's fault, the synergy collapse that's why APBR was able to push them into corner.

Well, kairi thought they would be divided in different bushes. If there were only 2 people there, he wouldn't have died. Most people would expect they would be divided in the different bushes to provide vision. But bren just had 3 heroes stay in one bush to burst any hero that comes in.

And I just noticed that Kairi is a jungler but in their match no ones giving Kairi a vision in terms of turtle/lord dance and that is one of the hardest situation for a jungler. So I think that is one of their mistakes but still Kairi can steal away turtles and lords and that is a skill right there.
