Did you remove this tooth even with such intimate contact? Or just do a coronectomy?

@@advocaterider3156 Thanks for the reply. Actually the trigeminal nerve is far away from the wisdom teeth. The inferior dental nerve bundle is closer to the roots so it is more likely to be affected.
