I know the people on my City Council, and everyone of them would be more than happy to disclose, from the professor to the bank president. So the data that says you commented is stored with the data that says you watched (basically all the meta data) which is updated more often because it's smaller. Then there's a whole other data set with the actual comment in the table.
This is why sometimes you'll see a video with say, 100 views then if you refresh it will say 80 views. On the second time, you got a server that wasn't as up to date as that first server to deliver the content to you.
Same applies here. If it was "censored", youtube just removes the entire set.
What's also could be happening is that all FOX related YT channels have a "approved comment" rule where if certain keywords or more often links are included in the comment, it must be approved. I know this because I often post with links to official documentation to disproved a lot of rhetoric in their comment sections and my comment won't show unless approved by a channel moderator. And FOX never approves any comments since their channel moderators either aren't allowed to or don't care.

It's not that people are bad, it's that money and security is always the number one concern in adult life. If people have both, they'll start thinking about their community, though this is not a certain thing. Before that, they have to think about themselves to survive. That's why we have so many philosophies with the goal to get people to think on a long term or irrational angle that focus on altruism.

@@Javeli05 Some public offices are actually "paid" very little in terms of salary, which is a problem in itself because it means only those individuals who have become independently wealthy can take up public office while living off of their investments. Then they make money by using their positions of power to establish business and investment connections and the cycle continues, the rich stay rich, etc. Part of the issue here is identifying investments that would actually be a conflict of interest. For example, your local city council or whatever approves 80 new roundabouts to be constructed around your city over the next 10 years and 4 of the council members have significant investments in local paving companies which just so happen to be awarded the contracts for this new construction. It probably happens a lot more than we think. My town recently voted out a mayor after she used eminent domain to remove people from their homes they'd been living in for 15+ years but was able to declare her own home to be a historical landmark and reroute the planned construction, causing even more homes to need to be bought out and removed.
