Did this yesterday. It was fun but as you said not groomed and at that particular time of day was notably quite icy. Also a patch of it was bombarded with moguls which was unexpected. Still, it was fun a day.
Ahhh that's too bad. Yeah I would have 0 interest doing this run with moguls, it's just so much better as a groomer. A 100x better ungroomed run to do would be Pinnacles in my opinion!
@@arjunski I ended up skipping pinnacles due to fog. Also sadly they closed motte and Killebrew so I never got a chance to do either. However, upper milky way Bowl even ungroomed was a lot of fun
Ahhhhh that's too bad. You'll get Mott/Killebrew next season for sure! Upper Milky Bowl is a lot of fun, I've only done it 1x because I only use it to get to Killebrew haha
100% Until they get about 120+, I feel wide skis can definitely still do pretty well on groomers, especially when the snow's soft! Mine are actually 105s, they made the new Atris a bit more narrow to make it more versatile and it definitely pays off on groomers!

This goes to show that even 108s are not too wide on groomers
