Good question. This is much steeper than Gunbarrel, you'll definitely want to be fully comfortable with runs like "Snake Eyes", "Bill's", and The "Y" in Mott Canyon Gate 1 before you attempt this one. Enjoy your visit to Heavenly, I'm sure the snow is still going to be amazing!
Kirkwood's always such a big pain to get to on storm day so good call! Definitely start with the stuff in Gate 5 of Mott, which is right under the chair. Each successive Gate gets harder and harder and the Gate 1 runs are comparable to, if not a little harder than, the 3 runs I did in Killebrew! Also, Bob's Boulevard in Gate C in Killebrew is very chill so if you really want to check out Killebrew Canyon, start off with that one!
Much! About 15 to 20 degrees steeper depending on the chute you pick. Stateline is the easiest and a couple spots are 45degrees / 100% slope. Been there every season the last 4 years running. I would start over on Mott gate 6, Once you're dropping gates 1-3 into the trees and you're ready for killy.

Can u pls do Bogie's slide at Kirkwood next? I skied it recently, and it was ridiculously steep and narrow, at least on the day I did it.
@@MaryBing I will check out Bogie's slide the next time I'm at Kirkwood! I've heard that part of the Thunder Saddle area is pretty steep!

If you've done any run in Gate 1 of Mott, you can definitely do runs in Killebrew like Stateline, Pipeline, and Bob's!
