Making Shamrock cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day

Sorry for video quality. I didnt realize I had zoomed in for half of it. It was 4am and I wanted a cupcake. I think we can all relate.
Another (easier/faster) way to do this is to roll out fondant (I just think fondant is gross) and cut your shamrock shapes out of that. It would cut down on the first hour of freeze time. You could just skip to icing the cupcake and pushing it down over the fondant shamrock then freeze til firm.
MAKE SURE your fondant shapes are not stuck to the parchment paper before you press the icing on top or you will have a hard time removing the cup cake when it's done.
