These are quite lovely❣️I knew that I would not qualify for the 3x the rent stipulation, as soon as I saw the market place‼️🤣 Geez, they are even in my zip code and the name is very similar. ❤️
Yeh they are at the very end of Las Vegas and they are charging a hefty price.. it’s crazy 😁

@@carolinelopez91 Perhaps, an odd question at this juncture, but for the 3x time rent to qualify rule…does this include the resort fee? In other words, if the rent itself is $1920 and the resort fee is $200, do you need to earn 3 x $2,100 or 3 x $1920…I know I should know this, but I do not. 🫣
Hi Carolyn, love your videos. 2 fees if you could explain the RLL fee doesn’t cover my belongings but it’s a fee that I pay for flood or fire damage to the apartment so they can fix it?? Why would I be paying for insurance on their property. Also I wish you could explain the lifestyle fee over $200. What does that get you? Coming from California I’m not used to paying for their utilities also common gas, common electric what is that. Also water, sewer trash usually include. I’m finding out that I guess this is just the way it is in Nevada. Thanks so much, Roger
Hi Roger, correct your better of getting your own insurance it is optional to use theirs or your own. Here in Las Vegas the ‘lifestyle fee, resort fee or media fee covers all amenities such as spa, game room, gym and in some cases it will include internet package or smart home security package. I agree with you when it comes to “lifestyle fee” it can be annoying but you will definitely come across that a lot here. I still don’t understand why a lot of places charge a ‘lifestyle fee’ every time I ask they say the same thing ‘it’s for using our amenities’. I have come across some apartments that don’t do “lifestyle fees” check out ‘calm at rainbow apartments’ I have done a video on them. I hope that helps but please feel free to ask anything else. @@carolinelopez91 Thanks for the rapid response Caroline. Yes I feel this lifestyle fee is a sneaky and I feel deceptive way of getting you in to see the property at a lower rate. Then they lower the boom with all the add ons. I’m not sure if it’s the management companies or the property owners who set these standards. I was told from a few sources to avoid Ovation managed properties. I think it’s crazy they want tenants to pay extra for utilities outside your apartment. Some of the lifestyle fee at some properties will include cable and internet, hoping you might point this out in future videos. Thank you Caroline hoping you might do a video on Arista or Domain in the near future. BTW You have amazing skin.
@@mmunchie69 yes I normally say it in the video and put all the fees and everything. But I agree with you because thats what we encountered when we were looking for an apartment. Also the Elysian properties are known for their fees too. Yes I will be checking them out, I have a long list so definitely keep a look out for them ☺️
The common utilities always irks me..isn't that a cost of operation for the business? Wild
