A tip for beginners. Kids see the adults yell doing throws and wonder why. It is like a karate Kia yell. The "shout" serves a couple different purposes. Contracts the diaphragm and chest and puts extra "energy" behind the push as it causes you to focus. You do not have to yell loudly, but a forced "HA" does the trick. Try it in practice first if you feel embarrassed but if you go to enough meets, you will see it is done a lot.
@@ThrowsUniversity Yes, not right but left sector I want it to land straight or linear. It's like when somebody is trying spin technique for the first time. How the ball goes and lands at much right. Like wise is happening with me with glide. I don't why, am I holding the ball In wrong way(I have tried both holding it like ulf and storl) or my speed is less or more I don't understand what's wrong with me.
I got it instead of pushing it fast forward I should focus on increasing height of the throw to get it straight, this I came to knew from that perfect glide video on your channel. Thanks 🙏😁🙏
@@theGOAT41034 I think less as much as height as make sure you think shoulder straight into sector vs around. Also make sure front foot lands center of toeboard rather than in the bucket. Really glad that glide video helped you!

This is i want 👍
Awesome! Glad it was able to help you out!
Hi there ! There is a question please. Which one is first 'opening left arm ' or 'turning right knee'? Thanks.
Think of opening left arm first then knee
Sir can you make a separate video or Instagram story on the grip for shotput.
Luckily, we have a video just for that! Check it out here 👉 th-cam.com/video/93RzX2wrfnQ/w-d-xo.html
Do you have a video on learning to rotational shot?
👏🙌🤩⛳
Sir, my throws are getting worse not in distance but in direction the throw drops too at too much right.
Let's see if we can help. Are you saying that the ball lands down right sector?
