Nice build man. I'm trying to do one my self. What front shocks are you running with the OME springs. Would be greatful if you can drop me this info. Stay safe.
Ome struts! I later changed to AC coils with give a little more lift. The Ome struts give a bit longer stroke over other shocks.
Nice climb at the end. The R50 is such an underrated/underappreciated vehicle; you couldnt pay me enough to give up my 02, especially with the 5spd. Only have a 2in spring lift on mine, not sure I could make that climb but it gets everywhere else I want to go. Too bad about the warn hubs. I'm rough on mine in the AZ desert and havent had any problems. Also, you shouldn't have any more cv issues, those high articulating trakmotives are great.
I have a Nissan Pathfinder LE 3.5 in the north of Mexico, it works very well good times greetings to all.
Yes they are great vehicles and completely underrated!
Love the rig, I got a 01 Nissan pathfinder super underrated
Yes for sure!
Ditch the warns and put factory nissan manual hubs on from the junk yard.
Great idea!
I'm running the Mile Marker hubs, seem to be holding up just as well as the Warns. A lot cheaper if/when they break, and still available for purchase!
any issue with that style of cv axles? im considering upgrading to those? btw thanks for sharing your setup. cheers!
What tips to stop rust
POR 15 is the best!
Have you considered limiting straps?
I have but currently the shocks are stopping the droop. I may consider this for the future.
Where did you get the SFD kit? Thanks
I got mine from Pines to Spines: www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/46313-the-pines-to-spines-sfd-kit/
I am not sure if they are making them anymore.
@@northwestoffroad I don't think they're making them anymore either. 😕
