誰も住んでいないお家なので2年以上経った今でも新築の如く綺麗なお家ですね。玄関入って下駄箱やシューズクロークがないのは残念ですが、2部屋の間の段がついた収納をシューズボックス入れてシューズペーストして使って、玄関には小さめのシューズラックを置くのもありかと思いました。それぞれの5.4畳は子供部屋に最適ですし、お子さん一人だったら書斎にしてもいいと思います。トイレや各部屋のクロスが個性的ですね？トイレのはユニークていいなと思いました。デッキスペースは小さなテーブルとか置いて暖かくなったらティータイムができるテラスみたいにも使えそうです。洗面室は使いやすそうです。お風呂までの動線もいいですね。2FのLDKはとても広いですね？確かにリビング側は高窓で天井も高くとてもいいプライベートスペースになっていると思いました。ダイニング側の窓は確かにブラインドとか必要ですね？キッチン横にパントリースペースがあるのはいいと思いました。ランドリースペースいいですね？選択やら家事がスムーズに進みそうです。洗面スペースもあって靴とか洗えるのもいいと思いました。下駄箱がない以外はどれもとても使いやすく、各部屋のクロスが面白いですし、２Fリビングはゆったり使えそうです。ちょっとお値段がこの地域では高いのかもしれませんが、殆ど新築と変わらないので、買い手がみつかりそうな気がします。
野洲駅徒歩圏内で大阪通勤にも便利な立地ですね。野洲なら快速で座って通勤でそうだし。
北西向きの物件なんですね。
ガレージとかガッツリ取ると、裏のおうちとの間が狭くなるので、採光が重視されるリビングが2階になったんでしょうね。
年行って足悪くするときついな……。若いうちは全然問題ないと思いますが。←オッサンの意見
あと1FのWICは大物の出し入れ考えると、引き戸のほうがいいなあと思います。
浴乾と給湯はガスのほうがパワフルでいいんですが、調べたら大ガスの本管来てないみたいですね。
オール電化は次善の策かな？
ランドリールームが広いので、そこに小さな作業机を置いてもいいかも。
こんばんは☺️二階リビング決してわるくないですよ。やっぱり好みの問題かと。私はちょっとパスかなぁ〜。買い物してきた荷物を二階にあげるのしんどいです。一階にあれだけのフロアに余裕が有るの勿体ないと思いました。普通に水まわり、リビングダイニング、キッチンで良いではないかと。玄関入ってすぐに部屋に入られたら帰ってきているのかも分からないし、防犯の面でもちょっと不安かと。まぁ、考え方の違いでしょうけど。一階のトイレの壁紙すごく個性的ですね！ゆとりの間取りでお若い方に是非見て頂きたいおうちですね！
見た感じ、売れていないのは、住宅そのものの問題というより、環境、経済的なものでしょうね。
浴室と洗濯機ほぼ同じ場所にあり、ランドリーバスケットを必要としない設計が多いなか、それを必要とする設計は目を引きました。ランドリールームの窓は開閉できるタイプにすべしとは思いますが。
我が家には、コーヒーメーカー、ホットウォーターポット、オーブントースター、エアフライヤー等、電気器具が多い。こういうものを、パントリーに置くのも一案かと。特に開けっぱなしでもドアが動線と干渉しないので、そこは設計者の意図を感じます。
一階のデッキは、日が当たらなくても良い観葉植物を置きますかね？
また1階の収納が下駄箱でもいいんでは？
案外住みやすいはず。ただそれが十分伝えられていない感があります。
駅から徒歩圏内で駐車場も広く外観も良くて一つ一つの部屋もとても良いと思いますが全体的に間取りの組み合わせがイマイチに感じます 玄関横が子供部屋 お風呂場とランドリーが別

実際住みにくい気がします
個別に部屋自体悪くないのにちょっと勿体ない感じがします
何がわるいのだろう。
オール電化？電気料金が高騰してるからな～。
隣りとの近さにしても、都市部の戸建てに比べれば気になるほどではないし。
住環境も、地図で見る限り買い物にも苦労はしない様子。
まぁ値段なんでしょうが、そこまで高いとは感じません。
物件自体は住みやすそうな優良物件だと思いました。
実際、2階のリビングは、訪問客が多い家では考え物ですが、
住民が寛ぐことを重点と考えれば2階リビングはありだと思う。
一つだけ言えば、ランドリー室にこそ乾燥機を設置すべきだった。
良いおうちですよね。私は好きだけどな。駅だってそんな遠くないし ずっと未入居なのが気になります。物件じゃなくってご近所トラブルとかじゃないですよね？(笑)
