    아들이동산병원이입원해서 전먹고싶아고해서 살들고가는되 그대부터 지금까지 단골집이이에요..
    요즘은자주못가요.가창동산병원다녀요..그래도가끔식갑니다..나중에한번아들이랑가치가야죠..

      지인이 경북이 고향이신데 이 배추전을 참 좋아하시더라구요
      대체 그냥 배추 부침가루 묻힌 것이 뭐가 맛있을까 싶었는데 줘서 좀 먹어보니 생각보다 맛있었습니다~~

    남편이 대구본토쟁이 인데.창원진해에 이사온지.30년이 되었네요.결혼초기에는.대구에서 살때.서문시장 자주 가서.시장도 보고.구경도 했는데.칠순이 넘는 나이에 고향 대구 서문시장 에 가서.호박전 부치게 먹고 싶어요 .

      It isn't normal flour, we usually use bucimgae -flour but if you hard to find it, you can use frying powder instead.

    지난 봄쯤 유명 빵집에서 바게트빵 사면서 보니까 물걸레로 여기저기 닦다가 그 손 씻지도 않고 그냥 빵을 자르더군요. 그 뒤로 거기 절대 안 갑니다.

    솔직히 예전같으면 손맛이라고 먹었겠지만
    일단 환경자체가 외부이고 노점상인데
    손으로 만드는것 좀 아닌듯합니다
    요즘 시국도 그렇고..
    후라이팬도 그릇들도 계속 물없이 사용하시는데
    이제 손님들도 눈높이가 높아진만큼 개선하셔서
    더 대박나셨으면 합니다

      보기에는 맛있어 보여도 위생 생각하면. 못먹음
      저도 시장가면 지나가다 먹고싶어 발걸음 멈췄다가도 지저분한거 하고 고무장갑 낀 손 벗지도 않고 오만거 다 만지고
      제일 더럽다는 돈 만지는건 기본 ㅋ
      그래서
      안 사먹는답니다
      길거리는거 먼지도 많고 !

    사실 부침개는 식용유를 너무 인색하게 넣으면 맛이 없어요
    식당에서 식용유를 많이 넣으면
    부침개가 축축 찢어지니까
    저렇게 조금씩 넣는군

      저는 대구 사람인데
      어릴때부터 본게 명절이나 제사 전 부칠때 어른들이 기름을 한 숟갈 씩만 조금 떠서 넣더라구요
      그걸 보고배운 저도 기름을 많이 안두르고 부침개를 굽게 되더군요
      그냥 집집마다 굽는 방식이 다른가봅니다
