this is good, however, in the 2nd example with google doc in the "utility" category. the formula returned the correct value b/c the category was "productivity". if you had changed the category to "utility", it would have returned the correct value w/o doing the (-1, look up from bottom to top).

The most efficient way to do a two-column needed match is to concatenate the look up value and the look up array: Xlookup(B5&B6, TableName[App]&TableName[Category])
If I want to lookup for Google Docs which is represented twice and I want to pick up both revenue ($17,990.00 & $50,000.00) instead of only one, how do I apply this function.
@@neronjp9909 Sumifs will give you the Sum for Multiple criterias...here if you want details for both rows where you have google docs , better way i think is use the Filter Function
