I’m from southern USA and my basic potato salad includes; Russet potatoes, boiled egg, mayo (or miracle whip), mustard, pickle relish, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Very simple and very yummy.
Lovely side dish option here GregO for the bbq or cocktail party… Zoe one me over when courting with something similar with Edgell tinned spuds, loads a garlic, huille d’olive, balsamic and a shedload of garlic… it was horrid but the tinned potats were a great idea!!! This Francois version is tres fancois and I’m sure impressed the hippies… cheers Gibbo
