This device has my name written all over it! My channel is all about DAWless music production and I’ve just got the Polyend Tracker Mini, which is very good. Great video 👍🏻😁
So now that its been some months, whats your opinion? Hard to find any legit reviews around. Cant even find very many completed songs, which I struggle with enough, to be honest. Dont need another groovebox thats more conducive to loops than songs lol
Keep in mind that there are currently only a few hundred out in the wild. Even so, you should have no trouble finding plenty of tracks, jams and reviews here on YT. For tracks, search for "Galactic Tapes" (who just released and entire Synthwave album, made on the Woovebox), "Duende Synth" (Jazz and Classical music), "Gar Hoover" (Chill DnB, who also did a review/"making of" for his track), "Ewan, York" (who did a few ripper covers, including the Dr. Who theme song), "Hadyn Lander" (who also did a few 80s covers, including live playing), "Evaporated People" (who did a number of jazzy tracks, a couple with interesting/odd time signatures - because you can 😄), and "AA Battery" (who has a pretty faithful cover of the 1990 dance classic "LFO") to name a few active YT'ers. Take everything I say with a grain of salt obviously (being the creator), but the Woovebox was designed for creating entire tracks, start-to-finish and to help you break out of 1-bar-loop jail.
@@wooveboxOh believe me, I listened to a lot! Funnily enough, I bought one a few days ago, so I did decide to take the plunge. You probably shipped mine and somehow found my comment on the same day, lol. Ill let you know how I get on with it when it gets here!
Also, FYI- The way you respond to the community and frequently update with requested features is really, really cool. Ive seen you go so far as to say "hold off on buying my product because you can get more out of the gear you have now." It makes it easy to want to support someone like that! Appreciate it a lot!
@@vangoghsseveredear Thank you for your support! It so happens that @wooveboxing (highly recommended channel) did another "no talking" video today on how he creates a track from scratch. As @GarHoover highlights in his "making of", the way the Woovebox busts you out of 1-bar-jail is through Song mode; his "Voyager" track was, for example, made with just a single pattern per track. That one bar is already enough to spark/flesh out an entire song - and it encourages you to take it further. Hope you enjoy your device!
@@DECIMA1 Do you have any issue with the built quality of the device, like the button doesnt click or the knob sometimes turns the value itself 😢 I experienced that with my PO, than I have my doubt on this device which is inspired by the POs 🥲
For those who are interested in Woovebox here is a link to the site: www.woovebox.com/
So happy to see someone else enjoying the Woovebox, great video!
Thanks so much. I watched your video as well!! 🔥🔥

Thanks for such a great video! That looks like fun
It was ao much fun! It's my current favorite small groove box!!!
I almost got this but went with the m8 instead
Really cool sound and seems very user friendly! I will definitely get one of these. Awesome video dude 👏
Thanks so much!! More videos will be out on it in the future
Cool! Glad you got one :D
Id defo be interested to see the sampler workflow ^^
Sweet that sounds like a great idea!!!
I kinda wanna see some sampling, chopping and layering on this thing. Can it beat the PO-33 workflow?
Exactly no one has talked about this yet
@@lebronsinclair8012 Based on that, I can only guess it's probably not ideal for that kind of thing.
This thing seems so cool! Might have to do some research😁
Nice! Im hoping someone will do a video focusing on sound design with the synth engines soon!
Any cases available for it yet?
Not that I know of

Woovebox vs KO 2?
I have a new small synth/groovebox on the way waiting to be reviewed 👀
@@DECIMA1 oooooo ok will definitely be here to check it out
How do you compare the wiggling on the knob of Woovebox compare to onea on PO? I have a PO and the knobs are badddd!
It's way better than the PO knobs mostly cause the woovebox knob is bigger
@@DECIMA1 Do you have any issue with the built quality of the device, like the button doesnt click or the knob sometimes turns the value itself 😢
I experienced that with my PO, than I have my doubt on this device which is inspired by the POs 🥲
So far no issue with the build quality! If that changes I will mention it in a future video.
@@DECIMA1 thank you!!!!!!!!!!
