So i am writing an action plan for me as a beginners in the field . I may not fulfil it completely but will try. So in 4 5 days i am going back to my college city . Step 1. Plan the whole month for the topics of figma tool , its practice and documenting the learnings . 2. Atleast spend 1.5 hours of dedicated to the learning and documenting each day about the subject and tools. 3. 10 to 15 minutes of self talk or with anyone in english to enhance my communication and ability to hold better convesation. 4. Rest of the time i ll do my clg work . **i have basic understanding of figma and ux subject** Also i have a question Should I first learn all the topics of the figma and ux subject in deep and then work towards making a perfect project. Or Start making the project and learn the tool in the process of making it ,(copying any youtuber making a project).

AI is just being hyped, and yes the job market is bad because everyone wants to become a UX/UI Designer, because people think it is just another easy career to break In. It is becoming like engineering day by day. Also Make Design in figma is removed as it was not trained on large data models but with ios and androids design style.
yes you're right but there's one filter and it's the same with engg; sure everybody who knows c++, java whatnot can "code" with stackoverflow but not everybody can solve problems with a sound logical mindset and great foundations of math while coding and the same goes for design in my experience- many people lack the perspective and empathy when it comes to solving problems and even lack the critical eye of a trained designer who truly understands design in environment around them; they'll just go to behance and start copy pasting stuff from there, experiment here and there until they "stumble" upon solutions for their problem; even expert designers do that in some sense but they def have more thoughtful control over their process and decisions which speeds up their workflow and even gives them an edge in results.
