വളരെ നല്ല TIPS.. നന്ദി... പിന്നെ മറ്റൊരു കാര്യം. കോൺട്രാക്ടർമാർ പലരും EXPERIENCE ഇല്ലാത്ത ബംഗാളികളെ വച്ചാണ് പണികൾ ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് ; അവർ ഒരുപാട് MATERIALS വേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും (If you are giving the materials). അല്ല FULL കോൺട്രാക്ട് ആണെങ്കിൽ the contractor will LOOT you on the material Quality... ( ഇത് എന്റെ അനുഭവം ).

ആദ്യം മുതൽ തന്നെ ഞാൻ കൂടെ ഉണ്ട് . വീട് വെക്കാൻ പ്ലാൻ ചെയത്പ്പോ ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു. നല്ല പോസിറ്റീവ് മറുപടി നൽകി thanks 👍 ചില സാമ്പത്തിക കാരണം കൊണ്ട് അത് നടന്നില്ല . എന്നാലും ഈ ചാനലിൽ നിന്നും maximum അറിവ് കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.
ഈ ചനലിനെയും ഷിനുവിനേയും maximum support ചെയ്യാനും ഇപ്പോളും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു.❤️❤️

Sir normal സിമന്റ് + സാൻഡ് പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ് ന് പകരം ക്യൂറിങ് ഫ്രീ ആയിട്ടുള്ള റെഡി മിക്സ് പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. അതായത് 50-55 രൂപ sqft ന് വരുന്ന പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ് 25 രൂപക്ക് ചെയ്യാം birla white nte levelplast ഉപയോഗിച്ചു.

I was trying to give my new house contract to him............as I am from Kannoor...I tried to contact his Kannoor agent also...........But none of them positively contacted me..Even I spoke to Mr. Shinoj as I got impressed on his designs........But Mr. Shihoj and his sub contractors never contacted me ..which was agreed by him on August..he is a wonderful archirtech........but (may be due to his over work load) dont care about the new enquiries like I did

@@shibilt7131 Architect with artistic skills and passion. (If you cannot afford, you yourself can be a decent designer with scale, pencil, and paper. I did interior design like that only, and it worked well. But for house design, I will also consult an Architect since my plot is challenging for construction. Project management you yourself must do otherwise you will land into soup).
