This video is the 3rd guitar lesson I have "taken" in my lifetime.
With that said, as an Acoustic Guitar Musician who has tried to play the Stratocaster as a "lead guitarist" and failed - in my estimation - for some unknown reason, Something "clicked" and has now opened up a whole new world of possibilities thanks to you Andy and this: your short but incredibly common sense filled,

When you play that way it reminds me of Levi Chen who was a blistering guitar busker on the walk at Venice Beach. It really seems to open up the instrument.

When I first started playing horizontally, I somehow felt I was cheating...
Most of my journey has been a series of ( that can’t be right) (this feels too simple) thoughts. Then one day I had an epiphany... that is the goal, not something I should shy away from! These guitarist that make it appear simple, to them it is, a result of practice, practice, practice and now it is simple.
Love to watch Andy noodle an entire piece.

It's so easy to get distracted by vertical scale patterns.Playing on one string is exactly like building a melody on a keyboard, except the notes are much closer together in one octave (on keys). You are exactly right,in that, it will force you to find interesting ways to PLAY or vocally affect those notes with Hammer ons, pull offs bends, and slides. Great lesson!

개인적으로 운지법에 대해서 깨닫게 해준 앤디횽 같은 노트를 치는데도 이형 운지법으로 똑같이 손모양으로 연주해보면 기타 손맛이 찰짐 ㅋ

@@DogDaze66 You need to realize who you are telling to alter their sound. You would probably try to give Einstein advice on quantum theory too. Keep your mouth shut.
