Been getting requests to do something like this for quite awhile. I'm glad to have finally done it and I'm excited to share it with you. Like I said in the video, I'll definitely try to make this happen in a traditional closed terrarium as well. Let me know what you think about the new rendition of the biOrb!

Two suggestions for sealed and wireless setups in a closed terrarium.
1.) Inductive charging using a low voltage DC pump. It would be easy to install a coil in the bottom of the terrarium and hide all the wires.
2.) A photopopper circuit with a low voltage DC pump. A shishi odoshi would work better with the photo popper.

I am surprised that you don't work for a zoo or the DNR or conservation society. I would think that there are a ton of jobs like that needing people like you to educate visitors and work on enclosures and natural habitat's for their animals . I think it would be a great job for you to look into/.

Oh, Tanner! I have been searching for instructions like this for so long! So much to love here: Your choice of Savory Stone is inspired, and I plan to use it in my build. I took copious notes and will begin gathering my materials today. I may not do this in a bioOrb but I have a huge metal and glass terrarium that will accommodate a waterfall like yours above beautifully. I will send phots when I complete it. Thank you for sharing your gift with us. You are such an artist.

The new scape is much more interesting, much more impactful than the previous one. Great work~ It tickles me that even in the terrarium world you guys have ended up calling it Seiryu stone ;)

Great video as always. I'd really love to see a more arid setup, some kind of desert style terrarium. You could throw in some succulents and cacti. I feel like all your setups are really wet and wild. Could be a challenge to try something totally different!

Anyone wanting to see a waterfall + pond inside a normal terrarium should definitely check out this channel's fire belly toad build. I used the same technique to make an artificial creek shore inside of a 75g Fowler's toad paludarium. It works great.
