What a simple method. No need to find the determinant. Thank you.
You're welcome!
Thanks a lot. Got all the feelings to do this this type of problems ❤
Welcome!
Thanks for this lovely break down of the Row Reduction Method of obtaining the inverse of a 3×3 matrix. I was enlightened.
Glad it was helpful!
I'm so grateful for this elaborate explanation
You teaching skills are awesome
Thank you!
Thanks, and it's so easy & simple!
Glad you liked it!
Thanks a lot, Jay!
My pleasure! 🙂
Alternatively you swap the second row and the third row since interchange rows also part of elementary row operations.
Please why did you sum the total at the front of each row? How does that help us, I didn't get that part, please explain might be useful to me 🙏🏼
Thanks short and amazing explanation !!! How do you know when we add or subtract the rows where do you get the ideas of it please ?
Listen to explanation on video or see transcript or see post uploaded on 10/12/18 in Community tab for a summary of the method we've used here.
Congratulations for the good job
thanks , I am now understanding the topic much better, cheers
@Tian Elavia: You are welcome!
Thanks so much🙏🏼 I now understand this concept 😊
You're so welcome!
Wow.. it's really very helpful for me..thank you so much🥺
Most welcome 😊
Thank you very much but i will want to ask what if the sum of row doesn't corresponds to the figure gotten outside the bracket??
For example?
Woww… Seriously thank you so much ^^
@Blank 01: You're welcome 😊
Thank you thank you thankyou thank you thank you thank you
Welcome 😊
Wow..this really helped
That's great!
i still dont understand why i 1/3R³ and 2R² and etc what method is this called?
Row Reduction
Thank u mma
You're welcome
Thanks a lot
Happy to help
If your initial matrix had a 0 in the top left couldn't you swap it with another row?
@Spring Board: Yes, so long as you swap whole rows.
Why do we need to add the sum of each row
At what time in the video?
@@MathsWithJay everytime you do rref, why do you always get the sum of each row on the right side?
This is not necessary - it's just a way of checking that we haven't made an error.
cheers
thanks
What is the need of adding the rows across??
@Liban Warsame: This is not necessary - it's just a way of checking that we haven't made an error.
@@MathsWithJayhow do we use it to know if we made an error or not
