I added in this effect to my project last week and it worked and was totally fine! I came into my project again today and when I played it, the adjustment layers were just black. I've tried re-doing it a bunch of times, restarted both Premiere and my computer, and nothing has worked. Any ideas?
This doesn't work for me as soon as I add key frames. Contacted adobe and they say you can't use key frames on adjustment layers. Any ideas? Can I make it a stand alone custom transition somewhere?
I dragged to the beginning of the adjustment layer then I set the blurriness to 0, it won't transit from not blur to blur (the whole adjustment layer is not blur)
when I put the effect is applied to the whole video, pressing is edited the whole layer, how do I adjust the blur at the origin of the sequence? PLEASE HELP!
go to where you create your title then under where it says title there is a template button.. click that then on the right of the menu that pops up the is an icon that looks like 3 horizontal lines. Click that button and click save current title as new template. Hope this helps.

Love the transition! Question: It looks like that could drive your white levels up; can you tone that down in the adjustment layer as well?
