It's really lovely and you have a great eye for design and little touches. But I struggle to see how this is DIY - especially the worktop and cabinets. On a tight budget, I would have preferred to see how you can make the most of what's already there. IF that makes sense?.

Baskets in the kitchen are a terrible idea.. what are you going use them for? teatowels. You need cupboard space for appliances. I dislike the idea of the small trolley with baskets too.. looks stupid and again what are you going to put in baskets?. Whoever designed this kitchen, doesn't cook.

Disagree. Baskets on cart for produce. Atop fridge for bags and boxes of snacks and cereal or crackers, paper towels, etc. Could also use for Tupperware or paper plates, etc.
