Great songs so far! However, as much as I wish this was the first reveal, it isn't - Spotify does this annoying thing with singles where they use the album cover for the singles, and since We Eat Our Young came out in January, the surprise was spoiled a while ago. Cool cover though
It's not really any different stylistically to what they've done on the previous 3 albums. It has maybe a little bit more groove to it, but it could easily fit into any of them.
@@metalswifty23 Death Atlas was definitely a new direction for them. They went way harder with the tech-death elements. I would say their latest tracks are a continuation of that, not Monolith or Anthropocene
@@Sergio-nb4hj Wait, what? Tech-death? Atlas is definitely the album with the largest amount of simplistic chugging and melodramatic melodic black metal riffs. It's an extremely vocals-focused album. Monolith, Extinction and even The Harvest Floor were way more technical. What are you talking about buddy, lmao. Listen to Gristle Licker and compare it to something like the Geocide lol.
Cattle Decap is really pushing the boundaries with their signature style of Death Metal. Love that.
