In your previous text you mentioned before moving to Japan. A person would require a Japanese guarantor. If you could, please explain. BTW, congratulations on moving into your apartment. I like that you have a toaster oven. 😊

Most of japanese real estate companies require you to have a Japanese guarantor for emergency contact and for, just in case, you cannot pay the rent

I found it through a real estate agent called "Town Housing"! They require you to have a Japanese guarantor so be prepared for that 💦

Which city are you living and how much is cost of this appointment?

It's in Saitama prefecture and it costs 73,000 yen/month excluding utilities bills
