I can’t thank you enough for running an entire cycle in the washing machine. I just bought a new machine and I’m looking to exchange it, this was a very helpful video.
This machine did a respectable job and the spray rinse is actually long enough to be somewhat effective. I generally would prefer a deep rinse. The wash action on this machine is definitely a strong point.
@@petermaz701 The prows on this washing machine is it's cleaning performance and cycle selection. The cons would be questionable longevity, reliability and durability.
I just bought the same model and came on here to see if mine was working right. The sound of it washing was definitely different from my old one. I was used to my old washer agitating more, but my clothes definitely come out cleaner. I like it. I bought the matching dryer, which is okay, I don't like that the door on the dryer is not an easy close
Something we don’t need. These rules need to be repealed and scrapped. Washers really aren’t a major user of water. That hose you have outside can use MORE water than cold water wash loads!
This is a real agitator... not that slim design or the one that moves in the same motion as the impeller... smh. Love the fact GE stuck with the independent agitator
During the spin cycle on this machine vibrated horribly. Five bath towels. The machine was level on floor. I initiated a return the same day I received it. Pathetic.
I just got one from Home Depot. That is the quietest spin cycle I have ever heard. The box does say don't tip on front when moving. Maybe yours was defective

How did you get the machine to run with the lid up?
Does this washer fill the tub even without there being clothes in it? I need one without sensors 😢
I think I got hypnotized at the end.
Why did my blacks socks fade with this new washer today? Just curious still good washer
@@Ehvz539 You should have washed your black socks and any dark colors in cold water. I do all my dark colored laundry in cold water.
Do you still have this machine and are you still liking it? I'm looking to get this machine, but I'm scared lol

Now with ever increasing water restrictions on our appliances, I wonder how much longer these will be available?

Unless you select deep rinse it will only do a spray rinse on it's normal cycle.
That's for all the ge washers after the hydrowave
@@Cedric-Forbes I myself would always select the deep rinse option and use mostly the Permanent Press Cycle and the Heavy Duty Cycle.
