This is one of those issues I never heard anybody discusses it is one of the reasons I watch Insight they actually talk about the stuff people normally don’t talk about some call it the difficult uncomfortable conversations

I’ve never heard voices in my head before, but when I was younger I would frequently get abruptly woken during the night by the sound of an explosion, almost like a shotgun was discharged in my mind. As I got older, it eventually diminished.
