Thank you both sooo much for being real and bringing this topic out! As a child of two addicts who went through every sort of trauma, I learned that you can’t conquer what you won’t confront and you can’t confront what you can’t identify!! My brother refused to face his soul wounds and although he knew and loved the Lord, he destroyed himself and died of broken heart syndrome at 43. The soul is the forgotten link in most spiritual teaching!!
