Earth is that passive person anyone needs, she's the corner you need to huddle into when things just get too much. But sometimes you rely on that corner so much you don't think about how much it's done already. We love that she's passive but sometimes we need her to be neutral, to still be the corner you need but ready to become the harsh push into the direction you need to go in to recover

I really hope that this leads to Earth admitting that she cant help him as his sister and Lunar gets a real therapist, the quote "I wanted to be a sister instead of a therapist first" is a good example of this, she can't be his sister and his therapist at the same time, she admitted complex trauma and ptsd isnt where she specialized, communication and interpersonal relations are.

@@rainpuppy14 thats a valid point, and likely true, however its not fair to Earth, she cannot give him the help he needs, his family should be encouraging him to seek professional help, but instead everyone tells him to talk to Earth which damaged their relationship
@@mimikyurepaints2381 except she’s the one who reaches out to her family it’s not the other way round Just because she’s their sister, it’s not fair to just jump to the conclusion that she can’t take care of it. Yes she’s dealing with her own issues and yes it’s not fair for us all just to dump that on her but we need to remind ourselves family is closer than any therapist you’re gonna get if I had a therapist in my family I don’t I’m just using that as an example I would go to them above any other therapist
@@rainpuppy14 the thing is that sometimes people need help from others who are not their family, yes, family can help you as best as they can, comfort you, encourage you and so on, but that doesn't mean that family can help as a therapist does, there's something about real therapy and it's the fact that even when they don't know you, they listen to you, they understand you, and they give you many tools to let you help yourself
also if you want to cry, even is this person might be a stranger at first, they will let you cry, etc etc
family is important, family can make you feel loved and try to help, but it is necessary for people going through deep trauma to seek for professional help
@@rainpuppy14 I understand that, however if you had a therapist in your family they CANNOT be your therapist, like that is grounds for them getting their licence taken away, they can help and give advice but the point of a therapist is to be a neutral third party who isnt close to you and can look at a situation objectively
Lunar never fails to make me cry. I believe it may be because I relate to him in a lot of ways. Like a physically and mentally abusive older brother or the fact everyone in my whole family thinks I'm an emotional mess or my little sister treating me like a child or the fact I have an obsession with space or everyone I know thinks I'm extremely innocent or I talk to myself all the time. (The list could go on for a while. I think the biggest difference is only one of us goes to therapy.)

EC Universal is SO good at making his characters emotional. Heck, in one of the episodes with new moon he WAS crying!
I’m so proud of Lunar. He’s finally maturing for the better, being able to reconcile with his family and he’s ready to put the past behind him with Eclipse.
That being said, I’m not sure what Castor and Pollux are going to do with him, but I hope his family will be there to protect him.❤️

Honestly, I Hope Lunar Getting Better About The Trauma Eclipse Gave Him Leads To Sun Getting The Talk About Old Moon Aswell.
That talk Lunar had with himself really hit me in the feels, it goes to show how serious he was about seeking proper help and making amends with his sister. Just him realizing the problems he had was such a good start to getting past his trauma.
The conversation he had the next day with Earth really helped them I think, Lunar handled it really well and even talked to Earth as a Patient and Therapist about his situation with Eclipse. Even coming up with "Why" Eclipse reacted the way that he did to Lunar so long ago when he slapped him, he's definitely not gonna ever forgive him for all the things he's done.. but the fact Lunar wishes to reconcile with himself is such a great thing to hear. It's really good to hear them both talk and understand each other's view points, this was so good.
I nearly burst into tears when I heard Earth say "Lunar you never lost me." That got me so hard in the feels.. and when the two embraced each other at the end just really drove me over the edge. Thumbnail art really nailed that moment perfectly for them.
Now all is left is to talk to Moon at some point about his reaction to Jack, hiding the fact Eclipse was back and what not. I'm sure that it'll also be a heartwarming reconciliation too.
I’m glad that both Lunar & Earth forgave each other, it had in tears seeing this beautiful moment between brother and sister 🥰🥲🥰

I know I’m late but I just have to say this. I am so proud of Lunar that he acknowledged that he hurt the ones he loves by his action with Eclipse. It was very humble and mature of him to admit his wrongs and apologize. That’s what I call character growth. And the end made me cry, it was so bittersweet, a tear dripped down my face. I absolutely love this. Hope things get better for this family ❤

The original Eclipse did apologize for hitting Lunar. (even though it was a day late. Eclipse was struggling with understanding his own emotions after it happened, questioning himself why did he still care?) Lunar never accepted his apology.
