I don't think the robot is able to untwist the corner, so it would probably become unsolvable. Whether or not it would detect the corner being twisted, idk.
I know nothing about either products. But I assume that the bluetooth cube does not detect twisting of corners but only "legal" moves. Therefore the robot wouldn't know of the twisted corner and would "solve" it with the corner twisted.

Least from what I looked up. Idk why the corner would be twisted in the first place in a competitive setting. Unless that's part of the challenge, figuring out if your cube has a twisted corner or not. But then people who get a twisted corner vs non twisted would be at a disadvantage.

It was a big thing to the point were our school had its own tournament every year, the students would drive to other schools with our teacher to give workshops and i even participated at the germany championship. First as ... well if u wanna call it athlete (once and also not very successful) - than as referee(very more often with a lot of fun while doing it). Good memorys of good times. When ever we would drive out to give workshops i felt like i am important and like i could teach people stuff (which i could). Really boosted my low self esteem at that time. Also placing 3rd place in doubles out of 5 participants at the German Championship may not be much but it was something i could tell (without telling the overall number of participants) to feel proud. Speed Stacking really dominated my youth as that sport that i do. I really should visit my school sometime and see if the teacher is still around.

You can also trick the robot by punching it while its trying to solve the cube.
To be fair at the end it lack the ability to spin the top part. So being able to fixed it dispise its limits it is still impressive.
