Right after completing undergrad at the age of 23, I am clueless. I didn't know which career track would be best for me. In the major I graduated from, I don't feel passion anymore. I was jobless for the next 6 months. Enrolled in Master's program, dropped out after 10 months. I have been doing a job for 3 months, but I am not fond of the job at all forget about corporate culture. On the contrary, all of my mates are flourishing in their career and respective fields. I feel like I am exploiting my prime years for a valueless cause as I am failing to look further.
I cannot relate to your situation exactly, but as far as I know remaining in the ground, struggling and finding your way out will definitely take you to some better opportunity. Therefore, just keep going. 😊
Wow, I'm 23 YO but poor completely trying to learn language and skills but don't have money and now don't have internet for all these things. And I also overthink and destroy my mind
Perhaps, one of the only advice from Naval which doesn't resonate with me. At 40, I believe a 23 yo needs to do more than just chill and don't listen to others. I get this point of self actualization but one who is looking to build something from zero cannot have the luxury to just chill and not worry about anything.
These are probably most basic pieces of advice you can hear though But the issue is we don't keep in our head. So we need to remind ourselves love your self leaving this comment so that whenever someone likes it, I recap this advice.
I'm turning 23 in the next 23 days and there's a lot more things that I want to do in my life from here on. I've always found people not appreciating or supporting what I try doing but the below lines by Naval will stick with me now: "Don't try and do what you think Society wants or needs. Don't try and live up to other people's expectations. Don't worry about what other people need or want or think or expect from you." So glad this came onto my recommendations :)
I would disagree. If there's no purpose of serving others, and understand the needs of society, you will end up becoming a greedy selfish bastard. Think about all the farmers numbers droping every decade, etc. We depend upon each other and not acknowledging that would only to disasters.
He said give love and love will return to you at some point. But that doesn't mean you have to do what others want and neglect what you truly want and to truly be you. There's a big difference between being yourself, still giving love to others, and becoming a greedy selfish bastard because you only thinks about yourself. Well, at least that's my view.
@@thalesandreCM Can you quote 0:30 to 0:33? It bold and clear what is said in the video and what you said. I didn't disagreed with you, I disagreed what being heard in the video.
I am going to Turn 25, on 16th July. Thinking of doing MrBeast Style Video to be scheduled to be released 10 years later. Challenges & Opportunities type of thing, Predictions just for fun.
@@priyankajassal8833 I feel you. I also haven't achieved anything significant. I guess we are judging ourselves too quickly. We shouldn't feel like this, especially in our 20s because our past achievements don't really matter and these 20s will make our 30s better. If not then 30s will make our 40s better. Eventually your idea of achievement also change. Till this age, I have only cried and lost tons of hairs. I don't want to be in continuation of that. I want to change myself for better.
Exactly so i stopped doing coding and other things im going to do content creation and music,f*** everything else despite the difficulties i know of its not working now it will work some day
I think i dont feel like giving up if i have not started yet but if i do start am expecting that i would work hard for a very long time just to land into a job which am not even sure of cuz of recession and things. And ultimately it will wear me out and i ll be depressed

Use time wisely and chill out. A basic idea and advice but something we can’t grasp easily in this infinite loop of social media
Thanks man 👍
