1. Gardening & reading/ watching a lot about different stages of plants, types of fertilisers etc also growing some vegetable plants & looking after my indoor/low light plants
2nd thing I’m doing is looking what i eat(used to eat junk food daily but now eating healthy foods)
3rd Started doing moderate 40-60mins exercise( home workouts) 5times a week

@@anmoljyoti6072 I am going to tell you my story .I am 181 cm tall . I am a female human being but I always get told by my parents that I am useless because I have grown so big but I don't do anything I felt really conscious about my appearance . My teachers were rude to me and they send me at back because I was blocking everyone's vision. I had no friends because I was tall and heavy . I wasn't even like a model who is too thin. But after sometimes I didn't care about my appearance I was in eleventh or twelfth class and some boys reached my height I still knew I am tall but didn't feel abnormally tall . Sometime passed I reached full adulthood now I couldn't grow any taller my younger siblings and cousins crossed my height and I went to USA and I met some girls who are much taller than me and they think of themselves as short .

Bhai I'm 5'5"(19) living in Delhi too, when I'm on the internet I feel like shit about being short after reading comments and watching videos about the shit people say(mostly American) about shorter guys and how being short is a big disadvantage, but irl, its never really had a negative effect, eventhough most of my male friends are over 5'10". Height doesn't really matter as much, maybe in America and Europe where people are taller on average, but in India, it isn't a problem. And you are above average mate, you have nothing to stress about. Start working out if you still feel small, your confidence level will increase greatly. And your height won't be a problem for women either, most girls I see are shorter than me, so you are definitely good to go. Have a good day.
