🔹Try this simple and very easy to prepare caramel custard recipe is commonly called especially in Philippines as Letche Flan which usually includes a can of condensed milk. But in this recipe i tried excluding the condensed milk because my family here in Norway (who's not used to eat Letche Flan) don't like so much because of its heavy taste..so sweet for them! So i improvised a little bit and make my own version. You can of course put condensed milk if you like. This silky smooth, custard caramel recipe is commonly called as Caramel Pudding or "Karamellpudding" as they call it here in Norway.
🔹Karamellpudding Oppskrift:
7 Eggeplommer
5 Egg (Hel)
½ dl Honning
2 dl Sukker
6 dl Helmelk
1 ts Vaniljeekstrakt
Karamell:
3 dl Sukker

Ingredients:
7 Eggyolks
5 Whole Eggs
¼ cup Honey (optional)
1 cup Sugar
3 cups Whole Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Caramel:
1½ cup Sugar
Steam in low heat or hot-water bath the custards into the 165°C or 329°F preheated oven
for 35 - 40 mins
