  • Unlock the realm of vectors and explore the precise method of adding them by components! Vectors, with their magnitude and direction, are fundamental in diverse fields, from physics to engineering. This video simplifies the process of vector addition using the component method, allowing for a deeper understanding and practical application. We start with the basics, introducing vector components and their significance. Then, with the help of dynamic graphics and intuitive explanations, we delve into the step-by-step procedure of breaking down vectors into their horizontal and vertical components. Once dissected, we showcase the method of adding these components separately, ultimately leading to the resultant vector. The tutorial ensures clarity by walking through various examples, ranging from simple to complex scenarios, emphasizing both the process and the underlying logic. Ideal for students, educators, and enthusiasts, this video demystifies vector addition, making it approachable and relatable. Whether you're tackling vector problems for the first time, brushing up on concepts, or seeking a deeper understanding, this guide will be your compass. Embark on this vectorial voyage and master the art of adding vectors by components. For more illuminating mathematical and scientific explorations, remember to like, share, and subscribe!

I have watched way too many of your videos, because I added it up in my head & simplified it to (3,5) before you ever wrote any of the i' or j on the board, and I don't know a single thing about vectors. But I did learn about a triangle from you.

I think pythogorean theorem is applicable if the vectors are perpendicular
Eg. Let vector a=3i and vector b=4j
    |a|=3 and |b|= 4
    a+b=3i+4j
    |a+b|=√(9+16)=√25=5
    i.e |a+b|^2 is equal to |a|^2+|b|^2 .
