I could see a ten men terminator brick +lord benefit a lot from the +1 mutation for a turn. With all the gauntlets you could use the S or attack to pass a threshold before one big charge. I think the detachment rule works best with MSU army list as the buff is global and you'll really want to use your starts on one big brick or on very specific moments.
I think the PTS strat on the lord works best with nemesis claw. His super round could be insane. If you get the +1 atk and +1 str. Army. Base hammer 5 3+ 8 -2 2 goes to 6 3+ 9 -2 3 with PTS. Super round 7 3+ 10 -3 4. Reroll hits. Sustained. Dev wounds. Nemesis adds possible plus 1 hit and plus 1 wound with blank strats. If you decide to burn a cp you can use the strat that rerolls wounds on a character. He would delete things. Not counting all the dmg ap2 hits the claw brings hitting on 2s.
Personally I’m leaning towards running Abbie over bill. Basically the pair of 2cp strats become way more manageable with him. Beyond that I’d just say gamble on the buffs as 5/6 are simple amazing, as long as you don’t roll double 6s you’re happy
The detachment rule, is that the same buff for all the infantry in the army collectively, or is is a unit by individual unit (characters counting as their own selection/roll) basis?
Don't need Bile to roll randomly, either pick one or roll for two. If you also have Bile you can reroll one or both of the dice....

Csm have the most fun detachments
