I love me a good wild hot spring! It’s nice to know that this one and Travertine are easily accessible. I have 4WD but as a solo female often traveling alone, I get wary on rough roads. Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the eastern Sierra!
You would be fine in your 4x4 on both these hotspring roads. And they both are really not that out in the boonies. I would go to both by myself and feel quite safe.
Gorgeous views ✅ Cute little tub ✅ No one there ✅ What more could anyone want!! Well, I am super curious about your (I assume next) video! I loooove Convict Lake!
You had me at "revivifying"! Nice spot with an incredible view! About spewed my coffee out when the amoebas came on the screen. Haha! Plug up before you dunk. (Beer note: I had a Pliny The Elder Double Dry Hopped the other day. superbly crisp - if you can find it.)
It took a few takes to say REVIVIFYING without tripping on my tongue! I’m glad you appreciate the amoebas! They’re weird and creepy, like zombies! BRAINS! We can’t get Pliny in Nevada. These came from Wholefoods up in Tahoe.
Thank you for watching! Me too! I love the Sierra Nevada. So much to do and see, and so much history and geology. I promise to be mindful of the hot spring etiquette and not reveal exact locations. Although I did make a big faux-pas, I shouldn’t have brought a a glass bottle into the hot spring. Live and learn. Thank you again. Means a lot to know someone who lives and loves this area cares about my little channel. 😊
@@NixAdventrex Your love and respect for the Sierra Nevada shines through in your videos. If you haven’t already, you need to do the hot springs at night under the stars and the Milky Way. It is the most amazing experience. I used to love to go in the middle of winter at night. You almost always find an empty tub all to yourself. Just have your clothes handy so you don’t get too cold. Can’t wait for fall color videos 🍂 🍁
@@tats4ever OOOOOooooo! Never thought about tubbing at night. That would be blissful. I do LOVE the snow, and I most certainly want to go tubbing in winter!
So cool to see you drinking Pliny the Elder beer from my local brewery Russian River Brewery! Pliny the Younger is my favorite beer. My friends and I line up for 3hrs each year to drink it !
Ah yes. I haven’t been to line up at Russian River for the Pliny the Younger release, but Erik has. When we’re up in Tahoe we always buy some Pliny (the Elder) up there. Whole Foods stocks it.
Beautiful scenery, thanks for sharing. I miss the days of being able to visit California and Nevada every year.

The amoeba scare is enough to keep me out.
I had a guy who saw my channel sticker on my vehicle , pull up beside me and tell me I needed to go to the Sierra Hot Springs and check them out
Nice drink selection!
