From where you get these assemblies? you make it or get from somewhere??
They are really awesome idk when I'll be able to create even 10% of such models. Hats off sir

Would you believe I make each and every one?
Just kidding. I was an instructor and consultant for PTC for a number of years. Most of the models are from their sales demo database. Some are from the training class lab files and others I've just acquired over the years. Sometimes though I do create custom files for a video topic but they tend to be extremely simple.

@@CADPLMGuy Sir, can you suggest where to look to find accurate 2D drawings of parts for complex assemblies to practice and improve my my skills?

@@CADPLMGuy I look at some of the assemblies and wonder,is it even possible to make such accurate parts and assemble them with such low tolerance and give them soothing aesthetics?

I found this Pinterest page: www.pinterest.com/stretchflan/autocad-2d/
For 2D drawings, I find it's easiest to search on Google for "autocad 2d drawings for practice."

for skeleton models and copy geometry, does data sharing refer to being parametric. so if you were to change a higher level feature that shrink wrap or copy geometry would also change?

I recommend you watch some of my videos on Data Sharing Features. The beauty of Copy Geometry, Merge, Inheritance, and Shrinkwrap is that you can control dependency (when changes propagate from the source model to the target model). For example, before you release to manufacturing, you might want to turn dependency off to ensure the target model doesn’t change.
