I sure wish QSC prepare a video as a Part 2 to this video. There is quite a lot to this mixer and providing another video for users that have been working with the unit for a while but need advanced training.
It looks feature rich, and great for audio. But at this price point I'd expect an efficient graphics engine, with a fast touch and redraw rate. The touch screen seems really really laggy, and the redraw rate super slow, which seems to heavily influence the overall experience in a bad way.
Bringing QSC people up to date. I have been using the QSC TM-8 L282100C1 daily in my home studio. Several weeks ago, I sent Kirk Fyvie files downloaded to an email at his request from L282100C1. It was my understanding that he (Kirk) was forwarding those files to whatever persons in whatever department at some undisclosed QSC location to examine, in order to determine exactly what the problem (FAILURE) is with BOTH of my TM-8 mixers. Today, I fired up L022100RQ just to see how it was doing. This mixer also has the SAME FAILURE as L282100C1. I’m not sure what you people are thinking, but I can assure you that I am most angry person you know. You have succeeded in that. Why don’t you succeed in presenting excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE instead? Tell me WHY you have NOT sent me two brand new fully functioning, and inspected, TM-8 mixers? I don’t care if you repair these two, I don’t care if you display them in the QSC hall of fame product museum. I don’t care if they get implanted in Joe Pham’s colon. I just want what you advertise as two non-defective QSC Touch Mix 8 mixers. What the hell is it going to take? They need to upgrade these and bad. Been out for like 10 years now!!! They need upgrades. Do away with manual gain, increase screen size and resolution, make all jack combi, dual band strong wifi, better mic press and better effects!
Hello boys. I have also a touchmix 16. I have installed the latest software but i have a small remote problem. When i give the music boys an aux on tje telephon than they can remote the chozen aux but...... They can also remote the DCA channels. That means that they can change the main mix. What do i wrong? no channel inserts, no PC soundcard connection, No network audio functionality, No wifi connection (only with dongle???). QSC Why? Those things are not hard to do. Go back and work on it a bit :) That things You guys keep for the pro version?

One point I didn't understand about QSC-8 : yous said 4 auxilliary send, + 1 stéreo monitor output or the stereo monitor replace 3 and 4 ?
