- Welcome to another epic gameplay showcase! This time we are jumping into The War Within beta and playing not one but two different hero talent healer specs for Restoration Druid - KEEPER OF THE GROVE and WILDSTALKER. 🌊✨
Join us as we explore what each of them brings to the game play style of the Resto Druid in general along with some other class changes introduced by Blizzard. Are you going to prefer shapeshifting into a cat form and bleed your enemies to death healing through the damage that you do? Or you'd rather stay in caster form and rely on your Grove Guardians to do BOTH damage and healing for you? We are looking at the strengths and the weaknesses of both hero talent specs so you can make an easier decision which one to play once The War Within is upon us, no matter if you are interested into Mythic+ dungeons or Raid content.

I like that both playstyles are supported. I personally prefer catweaving, but undoubtedly there will be bosses and m+ weeks where it will be nice to have keeper of the grove.
Yay, first catweaving enjoyer in the comments! And yes, I agree, it's very nice to have options. I only hope both of them are viable and one is not so overpowered to overshadow the other!
I love my resto druid but hate cat weaving....I like playing range...hate getting into melee and not seeing ground damage aoe ....I hope players are not expecting druids to be all cat weaving...Thank you for putting out this video. Always a pleasure watching content creators giving their time and love to resto specs 🙂

Wildstalker is definitely not going to be your cup of tea then but I think you'll enjoy Keeper of the Grove. I played a dungeon with it without ever going into cat form and it was more than fine so hopefully they make the tuning viable for it to remain this way :)

I may be the minority but I hate cat weaving and won’t. I’ll play at range. I still do good damage
I don't know mate, it seems that you are not minority at all :D
I personally don't mind it but it definitely makes the spec a lot more complicated so playing Keeper of the Grove felt like a relieve and kind of like vacation. I can easily see how people are going to stick to that spec even in M+.
I absolutely agree. If I wanted to be a melee healer I would’ve played a paladin.
@@jameshunter8855 I'm starting to wonder if we are going to find some Wildstalker enjoyers here at all :D Probably not!

they couldve made keeper of the grove so much more interesting. Like idk, summon different things like the incarn tree form instead of the regular grove guardians or other dream inhabitants
I actually like this bit a lot - you press a button and your grove guardians go into incarn tree form to go wild! I think Keeper of the Grove is interesting enough as it is but adding another twist like this could definitely take it into the next level :)
