Amber Heard's sister Whitney Henriquez took the stand Wednesday and testified about their relationship
She said when she first met Depp around 2012 he was 'bright and beautiful and lovely and kind and generous'
Henriquez said that her sister and Depp were 'incredibly in love,' and that 'to this day I have never seen my sister fall so madly for somebody'
But if Depp was drinking or using drugs there was 'almost always a fight'
Henriquez said that Depp became controlling over Heard's clothing and, as they had the same stylist, he was 'essentially controlling what she wore' to events
Amber started having panic attacks randomly, she was not sleeping. She periodically broke into tears. She was super anxious, she couldn't relax, she couldn't sit still, Henriquez said

The part of the makup artists deposition that made me realize that it was clear she was coached was when she said "it was like someone lightly headbutted her". Why would she go right to a headbutt? Obviously because Amber's attorney directed her to say that. That comes out of nowhere. That definitely wouldn't have been where I went to first. Most people would just say it looked like she hit or was hit in the bridge of her nose, not specifically saying headbutted. Also, what does lightly headbutted even mean?? Who in the hell lightly headbutts someone???
Also, that clump of hair does not look ripped out at all. There doesn't seem to have roots or blood or anything. It looks like it was taken from a brush or something.

Totally agree, I was also in an abusive situation and bruises don't vanish overnight and at least with me no amount of makeup Totally covered the blackness of new bruises. At first my abuser only left marks where the clothing would cover them, as time went on he didn't care. I got out but it has taken me over 30 years to be able to talk about it. I never could have told anyone back then because I was convinced that it was my fault that he hit me.
I've also been there....NEVER EVER AGAIN! Sorry for all of you that have suffered such horrible abuse from someone that was supposed to love and support you❤️🩹💪🏻💞💞💞

As a survivor, I'm surprised that no-one has brought up the common trait of an abuser to isolate their victim from their support network, as to maintain the gaslighting and physical abuse renderering the victim feeling isolated with no one to turn to and therefore more easily manipulated to stay. If JD was really the perpetrator, why would he allow her friends and family to live rent free in the same premises as them. These are not actions of a perp.

Amber also described using a bruise kit, then corrected herself saying she used a theater kit. There is an actual theater bruise kit to create bruises with makeup.
Especially when her bruise on her cheek seems to move … there’s one thing where bruise may spread o recede with time, but actually MOVE … ? Ehh
I also heard her say in trial: I was punching my head… its like she slipped up 🙄
I have said this , from the beginning. cops saw nothing. this is what my ex did! cops noticed the next day and the marks were gone, my ex ran from the police so they didn't see the marks had gone. but they caught her, and gave evidence in court, and it went bad for her. as the court reporter put it all in the local paper! Henriquez wanted them back together so she could carry on living in a penthouse. she is making things up!
I'm surprised she didn't use it to create monstrous bruises all over herself and then a gallery of selfies.

How is it that Amber's former BFFs that testified today can say that Johnny was so high on drugs and alcohol that he can't remember what he does but they were high on drugs and alcohol and can remember everything so clearly

I keep saying this too! There was one moment in cross when AH was talking about using a bunch of drugs but she firmly said “I remember every single second of that night” (or something close to that).
So JD is the only one that can’t remember anything when he’s high? Eeeeeeeverybody else remembers everything. Got it.
Whitney said that SHE was "rarely sober."
And that is their narrative in this. That because of his substance abuse he’s also an abuser. And she doesn’t change apparently even though she’s constantly drinking.
And remember, Johnny has been around along time and he hasn’t only been using drugs during their relationship….funny not one other partner claims this bs ! It’s like they are accusing people that use drugs must be abusive and not know or something lol gtfo !! Uugghhhh I loathe her!
I inadvertently walked on a small amount of broken glass once and the amount of blood coming from the small cuts in my feet was insane. It looked like a murder occurred. So yeah, not buying her story. There would have been blood everywhere.

I honestly think it was a "group" conspiracy because they'd been leaching off JD for years and now that he wanted to divorce AH they knew their gravy train was coming to an end, so they put their coke heads together and devised the plan and created the scene. A bit like "How to get away with murder". Then when JD sued for defamation, they pooped their pants!! AH thought she got away with it because of the UK trial, so she's dying on that hill!!! But her ex friends weren't prepared to go this far...therefore they've gone their separate ways!!! And their stories are all different!!

It's the oldest bitchiest way to screw people over and get info. The old "We aren't friends anymore" trick.
If we are led to believe they are no longer friends with AH, yet secretly they are, that kills two birds with one stone for her and her team.
First it increases believability in their story, because not many people would lie for someone they had a fallout with, someone they don't get along with, or see anymore,
and secondly JD team will find it harder to imply they are testifying for money, or testifying for her because they are besties etc..
AH is not as stupid as some may think. I would not underestimate this woman, she reminds me of a master controller.
I've noticed so many similarities that scream of sarcastic copycat dialog and monkey see monkey do acting from some AH witnesses, and subtlety delivered with similar fashion and style to JD witnesses testimonies!
Even AH lawyers seem to be now copying the words, strategies and questions that JDs defense team have used, implemented, and presented whilst defending JD.
AHs team has obviously watched, listened and learned very quickly how to replicate their successful strategies.
AH is not stupid!

I wonder if the filthy carpet comments made with that "it was so putrid" look on her face, was a way for her to try and convince people JD was filthy and a pig. Hoping the future articles and headlines would then concentrate on how filthy JD was, instead of how filthy she was...

The only true monster was Amber , Johnny became something he would never normally have been , that’s what being abused by someone you love does to you . You turn to drugs and booze to kill the emotional pain because you don’t want to feel it , and you don’t want to believe that someone you love and whom is supposed to love you , would do this to you
also, there's a point where the victim can't take anymore and they begin to fight back, fight for their freedom, and gain courage. It's a long time to achieve in most cases, I see that in Johnny. He fought back verbally to try and asset some type of resistance to her constant belittling behaviors. Not pleasant, not innocent, but understandable.
Agreed. I think it's even possible he got a bit physical with her to get away from her. I don't think he ever intentionally hurt her. But, it's possible he may grabbed her arm to try to move her. I bruise very easily, along with very fair skinned. Hubby has accidentally left a bruise on my wrist by just playing around. I can bump a thigh on the coffee table and the next day look like I've been beaten up. If AH ever had any bruise from Johnny (which I'm not totally buying) that was probably how she got them. As as been stated, abused people finally get fed up and fight back however they can. If they get physical it's because of fear that they're going to be killed. They'll either give up and figure they'd rather die trying to defend themselves or just allow the abuser to keep abusing them until they probably kill the victim.

My Dad became an alcoholic because of the abuse he endured from my Mom. He stayed for us kids, but i sorta wish he had left before she screwed his head up so badly. Now he thinks all women are just like my mom and treats me like shit because I'm her child so i must be like her. I love him from a distance now and still have nothing to do with my mom
Here's a theory. Her friends freeloaded off of JD, she won the UK trial, and has absolutely lied to her friends about many things. She may be so confident that she is going to win this that she possibly promised her friends a good amount of money to testify in favor of her. Anything is possible in this mess.

This make up artist's short testimony is more believable than any of AH's million words. She was really the downfall of her case.

So, Amber testifies she "didn't wait, she lunges at Johnny, to protect Whitney! and manages to "land one" so he can't "PUSH her DOWN the stairs".
Whitney then testifies she is at the top of the stairs FACING Amber who is on the mezzanine floor in FRONT of her and she has her BACK to the stairs. Whitney's testimony was unequivocal on that detail!
Then states Johnny comes racing up the stairs and is BEHIND her and he "punches her in the back!"
So let me get this straight.....
1. Whitney is BETWEEN Johnny and Amber.
2. Johnny is on the stairs because he is BEHIND Whitney. Presumably then also lower than Whitney by at least 1 step.
3. Amber is possibly level with Whitney but separated from Johnny by Whitney.
4. "Swinging" at Johnny would imply she was at least an arms length from Johnny in order for this punch to land but amazingly managed to completely miss Whitney.
5. Also, Ambers punch would have to be connecting at least a foot below Whitneys head (if Johhny was on a lower step presumably as he was still behind and below Whitney.
But somehow, Johnny managed to grab Ambers hair! (with all the same distance and obstacles issues to overcome!)
Incredible! I think Warner Bros should sign all of them up as invincible super hero's because you'd sure as hell have to be one to make that lot work!!!!!!!! (Either that or amber would have to have the incredibles stretchy powers to pull it off.
The most plausible truth as I see it is Whitney was (or did) get between them somehow and in all likelihood was trying to stop Amber attacking Johnny. Either way, they have both lied but Amber's being the flat out lie.
Whitney's lie is a twist of a closer truth which was that she was facing Amber and was between Johnny and Amber at the time the fists flew. So her lie is to twist her "marginally closer" story to fit Amber's narrative. I hope to God the reality of visualising this scene line by line between the two testimonies and visualising the positions of all parties relative to each other is focused on and tested somehow before this thing is over. Unless I'm missing something, I think the production team have (what I think is known in the business as) a continuity issue !!! LOL!

Thanks for cheering up my day. I struggle with PTSD after divorce with an evil woman like AH. She drank 3 liters of wine a day. I sorted out her financial problems. Once things started going better, she dropped me. I can see narcissism from miles away now. Also the way they twist reality. One day my ex was so drunk that when she opened the door, she wasn’t quick enough to remove her foot and walked straight into it. Her nose was hit and her eyes turned all colors. No need to tell that I got some questioning remarks from people. That’s how easy such things can happen. Thanks for the good laugh though.
My impression of her crying is when she said 'bc he (johnny) is my friend too, that she maybe felt some guilt for lying on johnny.

Considering Amber looses it so much I believe she hits herself out of anger and frustration. My wife early on in our relationship had a meltdown and punched herself many times in the face and smashed her head off a wall out of anger. She had black eyes for nearly 2 weeks. I’m sure my wife is not the only person in history to do that to herself.
I've cut myself before with a plate in a fit of anger. I feel ive healed from that phase in my life. It takes honesty and introspection. Women do this.

I am in a long term (10 years) relationship with a wonderful woman that has BPD, ADHD, DID, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and full bipolar... there have been past incidents of physical aggression on me and the past and a lot more but more than anything she hits herself. SIB (Self-injurious behavior) comes in more forms then just hitting. It could be cutting,scratching,even hitting something else that results in physical injury to oneself, or abuse of substances and finances.
It has taken a lot of effort on both sides to make things ass good as they have been. It is not easy... change is a life long process and not everyone has the ability to do it.
When I was younger, when I had anxiety attacks on a regular basis, I would scratch and pinch myself, sometimes using things like paper clips or keys and would scratch until I bled.
Being a 3 time DV survivor I am disgusted with AH. Her fabricated recollections of her experience with DV hurts the credibility of real DV victims both male and female.
AH has all the tell tale signs of a malignant/covert narcissist.

I grew up in foster care and I remember a time when my fellow group home gals asked me to cover for them. I really loved and respected our housemother, but out of loyalty and scared of a butt kicking from the other girls, I lied for them. During this big story I was telling, I burst out in tears. It was because of all the stress. From fear of losing new friends, getting beat up, and feeling super guilty about lying to a very sweet lady who did so much for us. Watching Ms. Pennington, I could well imagine she's crying out of guilt, stress fatigue from this going on and on for so long, and even perhaps some sentimental heartstrings for the lost friendship with Ms. Heard. This outpouring of emotion could be from so many other things other than the spoken reason of fearing for Amber's well being at the time.
I’ve worked in an emergency room for 17 years and have seen hundreds of broken noses. Did she not know medical professionals would be watching ? There is no way she has the injuries she’s claiming .
Amber's former assistant also said that her sister Whitney and her mother (who passed away) were both terrified of Amber.

I’m just an old retiree from Finland, and you might wonder why I would be interested in this case. Fortunately I have no experience whatsoever of DM or SA, but I’m just passionate about equality and most of all, the truth. Also, these are global issues and it is important to talk about them as they may impact in the future. Getting away with lying will serve as example for those who have no conscience.
Being very cautious about conspiracy theories, I don’t want to create one, but someone in this panel brought up the word ’conspiracy’. (Amy?)
I remember Amber’s assistant told in her testimony, that she was (once) asked to come to the house immediately. I’m not sure, but it might have been her ‘day off’, that she was planning to do something else.
When she came, she was wondering why she was asked to be there, since AH and her friends were just chilling at the pool, and that there seemed to be nothing urgent for her. I think she said something about the ’odd’ athmosphere, like they would be ’plotting’ something, which at the time for me sounded weird.
Her words have come to my mind often during this trial, and I have been thinking if I really heard or remember it correctly. I don’t know where to check this, but wanted to put this out as the word conspiracy was mentioned in this video.
This may have no relevance in the case, but it makes me think that sometimes unimaginable things have happened, which are unbelievable and obvious at the same time.

Whitney’s old boss and “chosen sister” also talked about how terrified Whitney is/was of Amber and that she also suffered abuse from Amber and that was the real reason why she moved out of the penthouse. She said that Whitney told her that Johnny would still check on her after she moved out, and that Whitney herself questioned that why Johnny stayed and put up with Amber’s violence.

Her first testimony with Depp's team showed zero emotion totally board as you've stated , but then when she's on for Heards team there's all this emotion, its as though Heard's team gave her tips on how they wanted her to come across , just crazy!!

As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I can confirm that self harm bruising, and scratches happen. My arms are covered in the scars from digging my nails in or obsessively scratches an itch that doesn't exsist. I have also pulled huge clumps of hair out when my head is too full. You're often hurting so much inside you can't feel the damage you've done till the next day.
If she wins this case I don’t even see the point of having a trial for anything anymore and if she isn’t convicted of giving false statements and for lying under oath this will seal my belief that the police and anyone in any position pick and choose who they want to charge
That implies a different deposition and Johnny’s team will be the ones to have to file it from perjury and some other things.

The defendant in this situation always has the upper hand unfortunately. It requires only one person within the jury to be in her favor I believe. In addition, JD is the one that HAS to prove it was defamation. Quite complicated unfortunately.

I had a best friend for decades who I trusted completely and loved like a sister. She always had troubled relationships and emotional issues. She forgot details of her old stories and finally retold them truthfully-what lies she had left me believing! Eventually she blew up at me in a fit of rage demeaning me until I cried. I’m sorry I ever trusted her and ended the friendship after over 40 years. It hurt terribly to know I had been used and betrayed by my cunning manipulative ’friend’. I felt real grief. Maybe that’s why Rocky is slow and crying.
Two points I’d like to make: 1. The hair on the floor looks IDENTICAL to my hair when I pull out the hair from my hairbrush when I’m cleaning it. Literally I have a large blob of blonde hair from my hair brush after using it continuously.
2. The mark on the side of her head at her hair line is AGAIN IDENTICAL to when I have burned my scalp while using a curling iron or flat iron to close to my scalp. It leaves the same pink/reddish mark on my head as well!

They were also known to injure themselves in order to blame it on someone else. They would throw things, knock over and dump plants and abuse others. The thing that jumped out at me about the testimony of the makeup artist is that she had yellow bruising. Bruises turn yellow as part of the healing process but I would not expect acute bruising to be yellow. The other thing that wasn't mentioned is that a split or swollen lip could certainly be from somebody biting their lip.
I'm sorry but I don't care how much my sister "loves" someone and wants to be with them. If he is abusing her physically, emotionally, financially, etc. there is absolutely no way I'm helping them stay together. If she has been beaten up and especially if I've seen it happen there's no way I'm allowing him near her again. She was known around Hollywood for allegedly breaking up the relationships of other leading men she starred with, so it's questionable whether she really loved him or not. Then, it was stated in court that she moved her friends and family into Johnny's penthouse apartments in downtown LA. Her friends lived rent free, mooching off Johnny, and then she proceeded to stress him to the point of disbelief. Then Amber and her friends took pictures and tapes of blow ups she seemed to provoke. Some scenes looked contrived like barely visible bruises that don't match how bruises look as they heal, and the pictures placed on the bed, the broken bed, and poop on his side of the bed. She had her friends involved in these incidents and even had them taking pictures. It was more like a fraternity of friends where Johnny was the sugar daddy who was getting hazed and taken for millions of dollars in free rent, free food, free alcohol and other drugs, free trips, free everything, while they may have been instigating against him. How very sad. I hope justice is served.

Something I noticed was that when her friends were shown all the pictures of her injuries, they all said they were an accurate depiction. None of them said “oh no, her face was much worse then the pics are showing”, “her bruises were much worse”.. You would think one of them would have seen her looking much worse being beat in the face with the chunky rings and all..

If I give them the benefit of the doubt, then I think that they’ve never been around someone who has been injured by beating before, so they just take her word for it that her injuries were consistent. I think they’ve seen Amber ‘upset and scared’ and their emotions have helped them to believe what she’s told them.
My theory is they are all still friends and they broke up the group so they wouldn't be such a big target. They are banking on the media to believe they are not friends and they have this agreed narrative. 🤔🍻✌🏽

Today while make up lady, who also has nothing more to do with amber was asked about if she had training to cover bruises, she also added she was trained to make bruises. I was surprised they did not question her more about that and ask if she did some of ambers bruises.

One thing I hope the jury notices is the following:
Amber spends a lot of time looking at Johnny, which is something a real DV victim would never do. She calls him "Johnny" and talks like she's still in a relationship with him, implying that she still sees him as her man. Again, that's nothing a real victim would do. The fact that she still considers Johnny to be hers is the reason why I think that Johnny, no matter what the outcome will be, should file for a restraining order because I'm starting to worry about not only his safety but his life as well. Amber seems to be the kind of woman who would kill him rather than let anyone else end up with him - and I'm afraid that she actually may do that.
Johnny, on the other hand, constantly distances himself from Amber, refuses to look at her and talks about her as "Ms Heard". That is something only a real abuse victim would do. His body language in general reveals a lot as well, especially when Amber is in the stand, it's like he's trying to make himself little (I don't know how to describe it in English, but I did my best), just like a victim would - and does.
The jury cannot watch videos like this, however, they can notice the same things as I have.

Rocky is probably triggered largely by guilt. She’s probably crying most for her self. Whether it’s the loss of not one but two friends, or it could be she possibly knows Johnny isn’t like what she’s saying and she feels horrible for stretching the truth to say the least, but she may also be scared for herself for various reasons (perjury, etc). The stress and seriousness of the situation may just be wearing her down. Also, sometimes it takes time for revisiting events to sink in and cause an emotional reaction.
she was probably heavily manipulated by Amber when she was living there. And the conspiration was maybe making sense for her at that time. But now years later, not in Amber circle anymore, she might feel the burden of guilt for the harm they did to JD, the stress of being entangled in a web of lies she must keep track of for every word she says. She looked physically in pain for every word she had to say.
I was lied to by a friend who said her BF was hitting her, showed us one bruise on the arm but let us believe it happened a many times, even though we never witness any other injury. And we were hanging out with the couple, which was awkward, the guy was quite and normal.
And it took me months to understand the situation: she was hitting him constantly, exploding in violent rage episodes, and was reversing the roles immediatly to become a victim. And the bruise was a round bruise like the one AH took picture of, around the arm. And it's typically a mark of being hold strongly, not hit. When someone totally loses it, to protect yourself and the violent person herself, you will hold her tight. Not abuse, not domestic violence. The exact opposite.
Just to say that in a group of friends, a woman saying she's abused, she will be believed instinctively, maybe something similar happened to Rocky. In the same time the abuser love bomb you confusing you that you can't be sceptical and not apreciated her in the same time. Emotional manipulation.
Plus the matter of retribution, that AH without actively bribing her friends for lying on the stand, just by being in the "inner cercle" meant profiting from AH's money. So her friends would be pushed to follow her story and even lie for her, because it meant also free housing, free drugs, and easy money.Almost a cultish mechanism, where they know that it's wrong, but there is so much pressure on different levels that they go for it.
Or more simple: Elon Musk promised them millions to testify in favor of AH. And the discomfort we see is just basic cognitive dissonance.
