The first chair is an accident waiting to happen. I have one similar, not the same model, but very similar to this one. The wheels in the front are too small for outdoor use. If you come across any kind of slope or slant, the chair will roll that way. Right into traffic. In the house or mall it's fine, but NOT outside. Avoid this chair at all costs if you want it for outdoors. Any wheelchair with small wheels like that are going to have issues. I like one that raises you up, *not the standing one, the one before it) I borrowed one similar to it when my chair was being repaired. I loved it because it made shopping easier, reaching the top shelves.
Please do not make the front and rear wheels small, we suffer on the roads, potholes, pavements, the front wheel is at least 10 inches. back 15 inches It should not have any problems from outside, in the subway, in the elevator, at a picnic... please
