I have the Z8 Formuler 4K Androide since december but i lost signal 3 days ago; i did a reboot today and it came back except i have no sound on ii; i checked my 2 HDMI cable and they works everywere. I think the problem comes from the Z8 formuler it self. Did somebody had the same problem ? Thank's

I would say to install or rerun the audio optimizer app, other than that contact where you bought it from for support
