Go to cisco downloads section for your access point, and request the latest file for autonomous, if you do not have an entitlement to download click request download and make a request you will more than likely be denied on the first occasion VIA e-mail reply to the email and tell them under bugfix entitlement for reference XXXX you require the download you will then be given a grant for 3 days to allow you to download it.
Goto Cisco download page software.cisco.com/download/home, find your AP and the filename of the firmware. , search "file name" on google, if the latest can not be found try a earlier version. Remenber to check MD5 and/or SHA-512 finger print to ensure it at actually the right package, you get MD5/Sha-512 and file size by holding mouse over the file name. I had to use the second latest version, the latest wasn't on the net, but it was not a problem (better than owning a "brik").
