I recently (100+days ago) had a vasc. and I had an analysis done and all it said was
" Present (abnormal) 10-15 spermotoza seen per HPF on a non concentrated sample".
Could you tell me what that means?

it means your semen is still not clear of sperm cells. The pathologist can still observe 10-15 sperm cells under high power of the microscope, in a diluted sample of your semen. Please check with your Doc.

Can someone has a low as only 800 sperm cells
My sample was 2.6 ml
So the doctor said I have severe low sperm count

It is made of 5g of Sodium bicarbonate and 0.3ml of formaldehyde, both dissolved in 100ml if distilled water.
