I was 19. Around the same time i started to go to local forest psy raves, both illegal and legal ones. Became absolutely entranced with psy and went to that direction. The hardstyle i fell in love with, kinda split off into 2 extremes around that time, and i didn't like either (raw and euphoric/modern). Happy to see the renaissance of the scene with artists like rebelion and others
