- In this football training video, we will go through a coaching session on how to use the “Up-Back-Through” (U-B-T) combination to break the opposition back-line. Our training video will show how this concept is part of Leeds United’ tactics under Marcelo Bielsa, applied in a wide range of situations in the Premier League.
The coaching session includes rondos (3v3+3, 6v3) and game training (9v9) that will help you to coach up-back-through combinations implicitly.

What happens if the reds win the ball? Is this a timed drill, before players swap roles?
Hi, super Übungen. Mit welchem Programm erstellst du deine Animationen?
Hi Patrick,
danke dir für das Feedback!
Die Animationen in den Trainingsvideos werden mit EffMatchSports erstellt (siehe Videobeschreibung).
Thank you for sharing. In the first game, players are only allowed to pass to the opposite color. What is preventing the opponent from just marking those 3 players than? Or how would you prevent this situation?
Good question, need to be fast 😅
How big are the rondos in each session?
