I love this movement. One man sees an issue with flooding, sees he can do something. Does it. And sees the result. He feels good, his community is better for it, the city saves money on maintenance of flood damaged roads.

Now that you know where the drain is, look to see if there is another drain for future reference to drain the area faster. Portsmouth looks like an interesting place to visit. I see our super-carrier USS Gerald R Ford arrived last week for NATO exercises (most likely due to Ukraine).
@barbrn7945 Thank you for taking the time to leave me a comment, on the other side of the road the drain was internally blocked, so I went to the side I was on around the corner from the drain that removed the water & I saw the air escape out! Portsmouth is truly unique we are the only “island city” in the uk & home to the Royal Navy, we are a hard working class city & if we ever need to protect our city like our country we will, Portsmouth - the city where wars are won from!
Yes, I do enjoy his videos & work, where I live in Portsmouth we are the only Island city in the uk, 4 miles long & 4 miles wide, we will defend our island & we will defend the bigger island as in the UK, we are home to the Royal Navy & Portsmouth is the city where wars are won from, D Day to the Falkland Islands!
We had torrential rain during the night & a lot of drains couldn’t handle the rain due to them being clogged with debris. Portsmouth is the only island city in the UK & the water was going in to 1 of 3 roads that you can use to get on or off Portsmouth.
This is why I prefer Post10 videos. With his experience and training he explains what he's doing as he does it. Without the explanation I just find the videos boring.
